How do I know how something will fit, feel, or look when a product is One-Size?

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Motiv Co.’s newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

Does Motiv re-stock inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

How much does shipping cost?

$12 for all orders in the continental U.S.

$20 for 2 day express shipping in the continental U.S.

$20 for shipping to Canada

Free shipping on US orders over $99

$50 for international shipping $30 for international shipping on orders over $250

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 24 hours please contact us to make sure your order went through.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive. Express 2 day shipping orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please fill out the included form, indicating the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer store credit, a refund, or an exchange.

Return labels are provided with all U.S. shipments. However, customers will be responsible for shipping costs on international returns.

Note that the 15 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.

I purchased a Motiv Co. product from another retailer. How do I handle returns?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through Themotivco.com.

My shipping address is different from my billing address, why is my transaction declined?

If the customer’s billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order may be cancelled. *We are not responsible for envelopes lost to/from our office.

Declined credit card?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.
